basket Our brains are hardwired toward negativity bias, in the past humans needed to be hypervigilant to survive.  But predators are no longer chasing us and this bias can often lead to focusing on the bad things in life and over-thinking.  

Being intentional about the positive things can make a huge impact on our mental health.  Here are a few things that bring me Joy.  My furbaby Peanut, having a cup of tea, or even that extra minute in bed before I wake up in the morning.
